Service Description

At the lovely Weil Preserve - You will be guided through several restorative poses by candlelight. You will have the opportunity to deeply relax to restore the nervous system and fatigued muscles. We will supply all props necessary for restorative poses. Wear comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring an extra blanket, sweater, and/or socks. The class will be accompanied by live sound bowls to deeply relax and restore
