Beatrice has practiced yoga since her early 20s, including throughout all three of her pregnancies. The sense of calm, connection, and well-being she experienced during those years inspired her to make yoga a lasting part of her life. In 2013, she discovered Power Yoga while looking to build strength and relieve lingering back and shoulder pain, beginning a deeper exploration of the practice.

Beatrice earned her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certification in 2019 with Wendy Boscia, with training rooted in Baron Baptiste Power Yoga and an emphasis on anatomy, advanced asana, and Eastern and Western yoga philosophy. In 2023, she completed her 300-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training with renowned yoga teacher and author Rolf Gates.
She has experience teaching Vinyasa, Restorative, and other styles of yoga to students of all ages. Beatrice is particularly passionate about introducing children to mindfulness, yoga, and meditation and created her own children’s mindfulness program as the capstone project of her 300-hour training.

At TULA, Beatrice’s classes are designed to build strength and flexibility while helping students cultivate greater balance, awareness, and connection between body and mind.

Outside the studio, Beatrice holds a degree in civil engineering and is co-owner of her family’s real estate development company. A mother of three daughters, she also enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
