Weil-Candlelight Restorative yoga and Soundbowl

Service Description

At the lovely Weil Preserve. Settle in on your mat surrounded by candlelight. You will be guided through restorative yoga poses where you will have the opportunity to deeply relax to restore the nervous system and fatigued muscles. The class is accompanied by live Soundbowls. We supply all props necessary for restorative poses. Wear comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring an extra blanket, sweater, and/or socks.
