Service Description

At the lovely Weil Preserve - Begin the evening with refreshing Holiday Mocktails. Settle in on your mat surrounded by candlelight. You will be guided through 5 restorative poses where you will have the opportunity to deeply relax to restore the nervous system and fatigued muscles. We will supply all props necessary for restorative poses. Wear comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring an extra blanket, sweater, and/or socks.
